Notice for US & EU Customers.

Shipments to the US and EU countries are including custom taxes, which will be prepaid by Phoenix Mist. When ordering from Teasenz.com, you do not have to worry about paying any import taxes upon receiving your parcel. In professional terms we call this delivery duty paid (DDP).

For other countries, parcels are mostly not taxed at all, but if taxes are requested to be paid, they are your responsibility.

Currently the shipping times to the US are very reasonable, as the majority of the parcels are delivered in 10-16 days. Shipments to the EU are slightly longer, mostly between 10-28 days. This time range isn't a guarantee though, and shipping times may increase towards the holiday season.
